Easy Education UK are looking to recruit a Female QA and Professional Development Manager. The successful applicant will look after a group of schools and will be based in Riyadh area. The school expect the QA&PDM to start in August.

  • A TAX-FREE basic salary package from 15000 SAR up to 20000 SAR (between £3400/$4000 and £4500/$5350) raising accordingly with your experience and qualifications.

  • Native English passport holders only from either UK, US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa ONLY (due to visa regulations)
  • Undergraduate degree in Education or related field, desirable PGCE / QTS, MA in Education
  • Years of Experience in a similar role: Min 5 years in a school/college environment is a must
  • Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years is a must

  • Encourage and enable staff to use data to plan teaching, learning, reporting and assessment, with a
    focus on improving outcomes for all learners.
  • Work in collaboration with the leadership team and teachers in the development of coherent and
    progressive curriculum programs that ensure the academic and pastoral needs of all students,
    including those with special educational needs, are met.
  • Ensure the principles of effective curriculum and evaluation design, including the systematic use of
    formative and summative assessment, are employed to underpin all teaching and learning
  • Establish processes for the monitoring of individual learning for all staff
  • Collect and analyse a range of data to evaluate staff performance, providing feedback to plan future
  • Establish processes for the tracking and monitoring of individual PD needs
  • Establish, monitor & evaluate professional learning communities for all staff
  • Create and implement a data-driven PD Strategic Plan
