Easy Education UK are looking to recruit a large number of ESL/Early Childhood teachers for a Changsha school in Central China. This school is hiring all year round, so the start date depends on you!

PLEASE NOTE that due to the visa regulations the school can only consider applicants from either UK/Australia/US/Canada/New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa.

Benefits package include as follows:

• Basic salary package: From 11,000 RMB up to 20000 RMB per month (circa £1200-£2200/$1600 – $2900, the total package can range from 19000 to 25000 RMB (£2100-£2700/$2700 -$3600 (including the below extras)

• Bonus system including contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB, bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation, quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 RMB depending on the performance,

• Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour

• Allowance system: monthly housing allowance, reimbursed Flights to China plus flight allowance of 6,000 RMB on the completion of the contract + Visa + Medical&accident Insurance + Paid holiday (28 days in total)

Main duties:

• Teaching English to various age groups (mainly KG/Primary level),

• Provide demos to new students

• Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop as required,

• Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups (mainly class sizes are from 4 to 6 kids),

• Five working days per week including weekend as and when required,

• Working hours per week: up to 35 (22 teaching + 13 non-teaching)

Requirements:

• Any Native English passport holders only (due to visa regulations)

• Bachelors Degree in any field
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or no experience is needed as long as you have a teaching qualification, e.g. TEFL/TESOL (at least 120 hours)
